A Strong Period of Continued Growth
Over the recent months the Firm’s practice has continued to grow. Recent transactions that the Firm’s corporate practice has advised on include:

a listing on the Hong Kong Growth Enterprise Market.

the acquisition of a strategic shareholding in a Hong Kong-listed company,

the establishment of a substantial Sino-foreign joint venture, and
-
the corporate restructuring of a locally-listed group with investments both in Hong Kong, China and overseas.
The Firm’s Banking Department has been involved in significant lending transactions on behalf of the Firm’s bank clients; and our Litigation Department has had a notable success in a recently-concluded defamation action against a leading Hong Kong publisher.
