History of the Firm
Livasiri & Co. was founded in 1986 around a nucleus of experienced practitioners. It was the first local Hong Kong firm to obtain a licence to open an office in Beijing. Since its establishment the firm has focused particularly on the mainland China market, and has advised many well-known mainland Chinese companies on raising equity and debt finance both in Hong Kong and overseas.
