Banking and Capital Markets Department

 The firm is the retained legal adviser to the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Hong Kong Branch) and assists banks, financial institutions and corporate clients with:
  • debt issues (both in Hong Kong and overseas), long-term bonds (unsecured and secured), commercial paper programmes, convertibles and other hybrid instruments, repurchase obligations and inter-bank loans

China Law Department

The department's lawyers are an experienced mix of Hong Kong-qualified and PRC registered-foreign lawyers. It provides advice and guidance on matters such as :

Intellectual Property Department

The department includes scientifically-qualified advisers and it provides, both locally and through associates, the following services:

  • protection, assignment and licensing of trade secrets, technological know-how and other confidential information
